- Breakfast is very rich and tasty, with lot of choices for everyone - Dinners were delicious - creamy mushroom soup or Bouillabaisse soup were superb - One dish at dinner was not prepared according order / guest wish - mistakes can happen everywhere - it was not charged - Overall food is very good - Nice, spacious and clean rooms - Personnel either at reception, bar or restaurant - superb, very friendly and helpful - Wellness area - Nice sauna and herbal sauna, where the water in the whirlpool could be a bit warmer - but that´s a personal opinion/choice. Despite signs everywhere some guests still uses the sauna in swimsuits, not only in towels, but this is not the hotel´s fault, the guests should change this behavior. - Booked this hotel already many times for a business trip and can only recommend

DoubleTree by Hilton in Kraków is a modern and comfortable hotel. The facilities are excellent, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The location is convenient for exploring the city, and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. A special thanks to the staff, particularly the young lady at the reception desk. She provided us with all the necessary information, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of options. We truly enjoyed our short stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kraków.

Modern, nice, spacious rooms. The spa facilities are excellent. Good sized pool (lifeguard on site). Nice jacuzzi. Sauna is good temperature, clean. They also have a herbal sauna (I did not tried though). Big outdoor parking space, easy to park, but can get crowded over the weekend. The city centre is only 15 minutes by car/taxi. There is also public transportation in time. Staff is friendly and helpful. We were greeted with cookies and they sorted all of our requests. The area is quiet. You can find restaurants supermarkets in walkable distance.

The hotel and staff are phenomenal. The Indian breakfast chef is an omelette god...he was a delight to meet and made them to perfection. Throughout the hotel, it was spotless. All staff were friendly and welcoming. The spa facilities are excellent and the room was very comfortable with everything you need. I really couldn't find fault staying here other than the location isn't exactly central, it's about a ten minute taxi ride from the city centre but otherwise I'd highly recommend to anyone to stay here.

First and foremost, Mikolaj at reception is the kindest coolest most helpful person in Krakow. The hotel was located in a quiet area, it was very clean, the rooms were neat and cleaned daily, towels changed everyday, we had a great time at the fitness center and the pool and spa. The staff, especially Mikolaj and Anna at reception were very nice and helpful.
