The breakfast was very nice and all the kids and ourselves found what to eat. It is exactly the same every morning, so you can vary if you choose different things :) . The rooms were a good standard and contained everything you'd expect of a four star hotel, including how they are maintained. The pool and gym were both great. Our kids wanted to return to the pool every day (ages 3, 5 and 9). Even the restaurant and room service were consistent and of good quality. In short, just go, you won't regret it.

Spasious clean rooms with large well equipped bathrooms, large pool with separate hydromassage area, great breakfasts, lovely staff. The room has an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion; two small bottles of mineral water are put in the room daily. I was pleased to find that the air conditioning in the corridors and lobby worked well, unlike many other hotels. I was delighted with the wonderful and incredibly varied breakfast. On weekends -- with champagne and smoked starred sturgeon. The pool is open from 6 am until the evening. I highly recommend the restaurant for lunch. I was impressed by the professionalism of the hotel and restaurant staff and their command of English. The only moment: on arrival the girl at the reception when asked where we could park the car and unload things sent us to a free and uncontrolled car park behind the hotel. We found out about this midway through our stay when we couldn't open the driver's side door due to a monstrously parked car from Denmark, and this happened again a few days later. If you want to save money and not pay for paid parking, park in the free car park, but so that the driver's side door cannot be blocked by any jerk.

The hotel is located in the city, but at the same time surrounded by greenery and very quiet. The rooms are spacious and have everything someone could need to feel comfortable. I especially valued the small fridge that kept my drinks and food items cold. The restaurant has to be one of the best I experienced inside a hotel. A lot of care is put into the preparation of each dish, and the presentation is always a "wow"-Moment. I can especially recommend the mascarpone cream with fruits- a joy for both your taste buds and your eyes! Sadly I was too busy to use the Spa and Gym, but they looked clean and inviting to me.

Location can be both pros and cons. Pro for people attending evening show in Arena - walking distance. Con for regular tourists - far from city centre and now (summer 2023) there is a total disaster mess due to demolition of near by shopping centre. Dust is incredible. Somehow stay was nice as the stuff is very friendly. Also animal friendly. There is a dog’s menu. Very nice breakfast. Also additional pro are two chargers for electric cars with ccs 20kw/hr (cons that you have to use external NOXO app for charging).

The hotel is lovely, delicious breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms. A separate pleasure is visiting the SPA, namely the pool and saunas. There are large swimming pool to swim and two versions with Jacuzzi to relax. Also, there are 2 saunas with different temperatures, which everyone can choose for themselves.

We loved the food in the restaurant. The service in the restaurant was excellent. Specially head waiter Pouline made an excellent service. She was funny in a polite way, service minded to the highest level, and she took her time to serve us during dinner every evening. We highly recommend her and would love to see her again when we visit again. The SPA and wellness in the hotel is amazing. My children loved to jump in the Phil. It is a highly recommended place, especially for families with kids.

We are so glad we booked this amazing hotel! Very pleasantly surprised by absolutely everything! Perfect service, hospitality, fast and comfortable check-in, etc.. even gave us delicious homemade cookies right away. We had a great time relaxing in the pool and jacuzzi. The room was very comfortable, with good insulation, a huge bed and quality down pillows! Large shower room. The dinner was very tasty and unsurpassed! Perfect breakfast for any taste, Huge selection for vegetarians. We will definitely come again!

Excellent hotel. I liked it from the first second as it smells wonderful! The room was big, nicely arranged and extremely clean. 32inch screen tv with sound system in the bathroom was real luxury. The most important for me was big and very comfortable bed. I had good night sleep every night! On the top of all of that SPA is a bonus. Again, very clean with wide range of facilities. Highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton.

The hotel was extremely clean, felt like new. Couldn’t fault a single thing! Breakfast was buffet style with everything you could wish for, hot breakfast consisted of sausage, bacon, fried eggs,scrambled eggs, beans, hash browns and a chef to make your personalised omelette, pancakes and waffles. Smoothies, fruit, continental breakfast , meats, croissants, fruit juice, cereal. In fact, you name it it was there. Great value for money! Highly recommend!! Had dinner in the restaurant too, again food was superb. I had the carrot soup, my friend the pear salad, she had the duck and I had the steak for main course. All were really good with great flavours. Presented really well and to an extremely high standard. The room was great too, had dressing gowns and slippers and brilliant towels. The shampoo, conditioner etc were Crabtree and nice touch of luxury. Beds were nice and complimentary water each day.
